Account deletion is usually completed within 5–7 business days after our support team verifies your identity and coordinates the request.
?Can I recover my account?
No. The deletion process is permanent and irreversible. Once database entries are purged, your profile and records cannot be restored.
?Will all my data be deleted?
Yes, all operational data like customers, products, purchase and sales records are completely purged, except where T7 Solution is legally required to retain transaction details (e.g. Tax invoices, payments, and GST records for compliance).
?Do I need to uninstall the app?
Uninstalling the application is recommended to clear local device cache, but it is not required for the server-side deletion request to be processed.
?How will I know when my account is deleted?
Once the verification and data purge are fully executed, you will receive a final confirmation via email or SMS.
