1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the T7 Solution website (t7solution.com) or any services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

T7 Solution provides AI engineering, software development, consulting and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or equivalent written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

• Custom code, designs, prompts and documentation created for you under an SOW are assigned to you on full payment.
• T7 Solution retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and know-how used in delivery, and grants you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of the deliverable.
• Third-party components remain governed by their respective open-source or commercial licences.

4. Engagement Terms

Each engagement is governed by a written SOW covering scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, change-request procedures and out-of-scope handling. Where an SOW is silent, these Terms apply.

5. Payment

• Fees, currency and invoicing cadence are defined in the SOW.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
• Overdue amounts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will treat non-public information disclosed by the other as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three (3) years, or longer where required by law.

7. Warranties

T7 Solution warrants that services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner and that deliverables will materially conform to the SOW for a period of thirty (30) days after acceptance. Except as expressly stated, services and deliverables are provided "as is" and all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Each party's aggregate liability under an engagement is capped at the fees paid to T7 Solution under the applicable SOW in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

Each party will indemnify the other for third-party claims arising from its gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or infringement of third-party intellectual property, subject to prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

10. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that remains uncured after fifteen (15) days' written notice, or on the terms set out in the SOW. On termination, you pay for services rendered up to the effective date and T7 delivers work-in-progress as-is.

11. Data Protection

Where T7 processes personal data on your behalf, the parties will execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) aligned to GDPR / DPDP principles. Our overall data-handling posture is described in the Privacy Policy and Trust Center.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to either party's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
