This page is maintained by T7 Solution to answer common security, privacy and data-handling questions about our website and services.
Our public marketing site does not require an account. Where interactive tools (AI Readiness Check, contact forms, chat widget) collect information, submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to authorised T7 personnel. Any future authenticated product experiences use email-based login with password hashing and session tokens managed by our backend platform.
This site runs on a managed cloud platform. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+ certificates provisioned and rotated by the platform. Backend data (when applicable) is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. This is factual platform capability — not a substitute for an independent audit or certification.
We collect only what's needed: name, email, phone, company, message content from contact forms and the AI Readiness Check; anonymous analytics on page views; and chat transcripts from the AI assistant. We use this data to respond to inquiries, improve the site, and share relevant follow-ups. We do not sell personal data.
T7 Solution engages a small number of subprocessors for hosting, analytics, email delivery and AI inference. A current subprocessor list is available on request — email info@t7solution.com and we'll share the version-controlled register.
We use first-party cookies for essential site functionality and anonymised analytics to understand which pages are helpful. You can block or clear cookies via your browser settings without losing access to any public content.
Contact and enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to serve you, comply with legal obligations, or maintain business records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@t7solution.com; we confirm actioned requests within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port or delete your personal data. Send requests to info@t7solution.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
For security concerns, suspected data incidents, or urgent privacy matters, contact info@t7solution.com with subject line 'SECURITY'. This inbox is monitored during business hours (IST). We investigate reports promptly and communicate materially affected parties in line with applicable regulations.
Security researchers are invited to report vulnerabilities in good faith to info@t7solution.com with subject line 'VULNERABILITY'. Please do not perform destructive testing, access data that isn't yours, or publish findings before we've had a reasonable opportunity to remediate.
T7 Solution does not currently advertise SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI certification for this website. When we engage on regulated projects, we align to the applicable framework and can sign a customer-specific DPA. Contact info@t7solution.com for framework alignment details, our current subprocessor list, or a DPA.
