Where Kubernetes is the right call, we ship production-ready clusters with Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), autoscaling, network policies and observability from day one.

Where it isn't, we ship simpler setups that cost less to run and require zero platform team to babysit.

Linkerd or Istio when mTLS, traffic policy or observability actually requires it — not by default.

Frequently asked questions

Do we really need Kubernetes?

Often no. We recommend Kubernetes when workload count, tenancy or platform needs justify it — otherwise ECS/Nomad/Fly/Compose are simpler and cheaper.

Which Kubernetes distributions do you support?

EKS, AKS, GKE and self-managed via kubeadm or k3s. Managed is preferred unless there's a strong reason otherwise.

Do you use GitOps?

Yes — ArgoCD or Flux for declarative deploys with drift detection and audited rollbacks.

How do you handle secrets in Kubernetes?

External Secrets Operator with AWS/Azure/GCP secret managers, or Sealed Secrets — never raw Secrets in git.
